• unlimited advice and vendor referrals by phone and email throughout your engagement.  we want to be a resource to you every step of the way and don't want to be a stranger swooping in on one of the most intimate days of your life.
• detailed timeline creation.  we'll sit down with you about four to six weeks before your wedding and ensure every detail has been thought of and covered.  our highly comprehensive wedding day timeline will outline the day from start to finish...and ensure that worries about the "little things" won't keep you awake at night as the big day approaches.
• vendor confirmation and coordination.  we'll take over all communication with your vendors the week before your wedding, freeing up your time to just relax and enjoy the excitement.  we'll make sure vendors have copies of your timeline and know where to be and when.
• rehearsal coordination.  we'll direct your wedding rehearsal and provide a "cliff notes" version of the timeline to your family and bridal party.
• wedding day coordination.  we'll ensure that your wedding and reception run smoothly from start to finish - arriving before you to check in and work with your vendors, setting up seating cards and personal items, keeping everyone calm, happy and on schedule, and discretly handling any issues that arise.
• wrapping it all up - ensuring that your gifts make it to the right vehicle, personal items are safely returned to you and vendors are accurately compensated.

After we establish a design concept that represents your vision for the wedding, we create a Mood Board and design sketches that capture the overall look and feel.  We help bring your vision to life by generating ideas on how to thread your style and your story through to each visual element of your wedding.  We offer ideas on unique presentation and meaningful details and find the sources and vendors that will execute best.  We become the central point person for all your design-related vendors, and we ensure unity and cohesion among all your visual elements.
