While we don’t solicit sponsors, we do create sponsor fulfillment packages that refresh interest and make sponsors happy to participate. We focus on the guest experience and make sure the event is picture-worthy for the inevitable social media saturation. This allows key development staff the time and space to work the room. Contingency plans are always in place, and like all good giraffes, we think on our feet.
